My Energy Balancing session with Nicole was nothing short of transformative. From the moment I arrived, Nicole created a calm and welcoming environment. The space she held was sacred and peaceful. It was a truly enlightening experience, one of grounding and connecting me more deeply with my higher self and brought a profound sense of clarity. I left feeling refreshed, centered and more in tune with myself. Highly recommend to anyone looking to restore balance, healing and self discovery.

I had an amazing experience at the sound bath as part of my new yoga journey! It was my first time, and it was everything and more. I felt so relaxed and at ease by the end. Nicole did an excellent job explaining everything every step of the way, making me feel comfortable and informed. I will definitely be going again! Highly recommend for anyone on a similar journey

5/5/25 Edit to add: I booked a second visit but this time it was an individual session rather than a group session. If I could give more than five stars I would. It was such a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I sincerely appreciated the tea and conversation at the conclusion of my session. I felt better than I had in a long time. Calm, optimistic, appreciative, reflective, happy. Thank you, thank you, thank you Nicole! Yesterday was my first visit to Soulful Sounds but it will not be my last! Upon arrival I found my way to the room where everything was prepared; mats, pillows, blankets, eye pillows, etc. The atmosphere was very inviting. Nicole explained a little about sound healing as we settled in. The session lasts about an hour; however, she extended ours as there were some late arrivals. After the session people were free to share their experiences. Nicole gives you ample time to rouse and get ready. I felt good afterward but wonder how the experience would have been different had there been no interruptions. I am looking forward to giving my future self an hour to try this again!
