This was my first experience with Reiki and I’m so glad I found Lauren at Sacred Rising Yoga and Healing. I suffer from anxiety and was surprised at how much energy I felt during the session and after how deeply relaxed I was. Lauren was incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and has created such a warm space for healing. I’m looking forward to continuing this new journey.

Delightful experience from start to finish. Lauren's practice is located in a very pleasant shared space but her studio is nicely sequestered from foot traffic and, so, very calm, serene, and quiet. The massage was wonderful - Lauren's hands (and feet and knees and elbows!) are magical and her vibrant energy wrap the whole package up in a lovely bow. I'll most definitely return for more!

I am so happy I found Lauren and her studio early in my yoga journey and would 10/10 recommend her to anyone interested in her services. I felt very comfortable and relaxed both in classes and independent services! Thank you for such a great experience, I look forward to returning!
