Danny and I went to a new studio while on tour with our band. It was his first yoga lesson and everyone was lovely and so welcoming. Great restorative practice at great pace for a beginner but with options to amp up your practice. We'll definitely be back on our next tour!

The owner, Kris, and the teacher, Verena, When above and beyond to be friendly, helpful and welcoming. I also appreciate the authentic small and intimate yoga studio aesthetic (vs yoga classes held in a gym).

I read reviews online and sent them an email because I had a few questions. Within 20 minutes Kris the owner called me and was very welcoming to someone new like myself. I set up a class time for the next day and didn't know what to expect. I was a little nervous coming in and everyone there made it feel like home. I have really enjoyed my experience so far and would recommend the EssentialZen Yoga Studio!
