WHAT A FIND! Great recovery options. I've done Cryo, Red Light Therapy and Inferred Sauna. Super clean, and relaxing environment. Team members are AWESOME! Very friendly, they take the time to actually TALK to you and get you set up with what you need. They make sure you're comfortable and informed about the services. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Absolutely wonderful. The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable and just kind. We even met a wonderful staff member as we were having compression therapy. Struck up a conversation not knowing she worked there, she too was friendly and personable. Everyone was right; sleep was awesome after cryo, infrared sauna and compression therapy. Thank you for a wonderful date night and fun experience for our sister that was visiting. We will be back!

Icryo north hills is an awesome place. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They take the time to get to know you and walk you through everything they have to offer. If I could go every day, I would. So many amazing things to better your health. Do yourself a favor and go check them out. You won’t regret it!
