Sloane is an incredible aerial yoga instructor! Had a lot of fun trying something new!

I can't say enough about how much I love Ilse's classes. She brings me back to calm and I always feel so peaceful and relaxed afterwards. She creates the most nurturing environment with beautiful music and custom essential oil scents, not to mention this world's most delicious Belgian chocolates that magically appear from time to time. Thank you for all that you do for us Ilse. We love you!♡💜💚💫

Our entire group had a fantastic time during the private Yin Yoga session with Brian. The highlight was the addition of the foam roller and the soothing sounds of the handpan at the end of our practice, which made for a truly special start to our day. There were five of us, each with different fitness levels and yoga backgrounds. Brian was an excellent teacher, providing clear explanations throughout the class. We all highly recommend attending one of his classes or arranging a customized private session for your group, either at your location or in his studio. If the weather had cooperated, practicing outdoors by the lake would have been amazing. We'll definitely make that happen next time!
