What an unbelievable adventure. From start the finish you know something incredible is taking place, the staff, the atmosphere, the sound, it’s all so amazing! The owners are very present, pleasant and knowledgeable, which is a nice change of pace now days. It’s a wonder that truly should be experienced for your self, after my fist core session (compression, infer red sauna, cold plunge, traditional sauna) I felt so great and focused I wanted to run a marathon! (I do not run) I’ve had horrible sciatica recently and swelling in my feet and ankles, this has truly helped me deal with a lot of the pain, just after a few visits I can tell this needs be a regular routine for me and I plan on finding a way to work them into my schedule at least 3 to 4 times a week! There are so many different variations of how use all the different amenities available, looking forward to using everything weekly!

I absolutely LOVED my experience at Augment Wellness in Concord! I did the red light and halo salt Thera chamber, compression therapy, the sauna, and the cold plunge. WOW, I felt amazing afterward. One of my favorite parts was the sauna. You can actually pick the light settings based on what you’re focusing on (so cool!), and the same goes for the biocharger. The entire space is super clean and constantly being sanitized, which I really appreciated. They even have towels and slides ready for you, so everything is super easy and stress-free. The staff was awesome—super supportive the whole time, especially when I hit the cold plunge and felt like I was about to die (in the best way). They talked me through it and made sure I got the most out of the experience. I left feeling totally relaxed and recharged. I honestly can’t wait to go back—especially after a tough workout. This place is a game-changer for recovery and self-care!

This place is great! 10/10! The staff is friendly and very helpful. The owners are amazing people who really care about their members. The community is always inviting and encouraging. The environment is always clean. My husband and I’s favorite date nights are spent together recovering at Augment. We immediately feel better when we leave. Joint and muscle pains are significantly reduced if not gone, minds are cleared and calmed, and we have the best sleep.
