My absolute piece of haven in New York. Its a studio where I feel everything is truly designed for customers to relax and turn off from the noise of the outside world and just unwind. Phones are not allowed in the class, the room is warmed up and there are blankets and pillows for support. The sound is really pleasing for the ears and it just naturally restore nervous system!

This is such a unique beautiful space. Clean warm and welcoming. Every-time I visit NYC I make it a point to book a class or take a trip in for a workshop. It is set up so beautifully and the community is amazing for NYC. The teachers are knowledgeable from multiple different traditional lineages. They also really focused cultivating relationships with students to aim to help deepen their practice. The subtle hum in the studio is just TOP tier.. can’t wait to go back soon.

The class and studio is amazing. However I got skin rashes on my arms on 2 occasions while joining a class, probably due to the latex mat they provide which caused a reaction to my arms and back. I have also noticed that they use the same mats one after the other class so I hope it’s not because it’s not properly cleaned. I wish they informed me about this possibility before the session.
