i can't even say enough good things about aura!! my mom went once and fell in love and has been bringing me along ever since. we also brought my dad once and he loved it!! the salt cave is incredible, every time i leave i'm so clear minded and relaxed and happy and my lungs feel clear too! i also love the sauna so much, the infrared heat feels so nice and it's meditative and magical being in there with the essential oil smell and the quiet music! i always end up grabbing a little treat on my way out which makes the whole experience even better 😉 i got a gorgeous ring there that i wear every single day now!! lastly, the staff are all SO kind and sweet and cool. i enjoy every interaction and small conversation there and appreciate so much the safe and truly amazing place that they all take part in creating there!!!

Another great experience at Aura Salt Cave and Wellness! The Sound Healing Gong Bath with Steven Dean was amazing! Very relaxing, and enjoyable. You can feel any stress that you are carrying melt away, as Steven shares his talent. In a world that never shuts down, taking time out of your day to spend time at Aura, for some self care, is definitely time well spent. I have had the most amazing massage yesterday from Kari. I have been getting massages for many years and Kari has proven to be the best.
