Dr. Tamara is incredible- it feels so good to have a doctor you can trust with acupuncture and her bedside manner calms you as soon as you walk in the door. She is so knowledgeable which is such a comfort, not to mention the way you can just feel her kind heart she shares with you that is infectious and makes the entire session so healing physically, mentally, & emotionally. As someone who HATES needles, I actually look forward to my sessions because of how good I feel during and after thanks to her. If I could give 10 stars, trust me I would. She is the BEST!!!

Dr. Tamara has been an incredible acupuncturist and mentor. After two years of infertility, I finally decided to give acupuncture a try before committing to IVF. I’m so glad I chose her! She really makes you feel seen and each treatment is specialized for you. I never thought I’d be the type of person who would be into acupuncture but after going for the past couple months, I truly feel like the best version of myself both mentally and physically! She has helped pull me out of a very dark place and totally reshaped my attitude through one of the hardest journeys I’ve ever experienced. Would absolutely recommend (and have already recommended) her services to anyone in a similar boat.

Dr. Rettino is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and trauma informed. She is well versed in all areas of the body and provides a mindful approach to treatment. Dr. Rettino utilizes acupuncture, herbs, food and body movement to enhance outside treatment and improve the overall mind-body connection. As a new patient, Dr. Rettino reached out to me directly to schedule an appointment based on my schedule with medical testing and procedures. It’s obvious that Dr. Rettino prioritizes her patients by providing individualized, comprehensive care.
