Customer Reviews

This was an amazing experience! I met my best friend of 35 years in Santa Fe for some healing therapy. We started with the ionic foot detox and it was amazing. I primarily detoxed from my joints and the next day I could walk stairs like I haven't done in years! (Considerably less joint pain) Then we had the cave to ourselves and it was so calming and peaceful! We ended in the sauna with red light and aroma therapy. The experience was so therapeutic and I can honestly say that I left feeling so relaxed with reduced pain and the prices are incredibly reasonable! Highly recommend!

Edit: changing from 3 to 5 stars. The owner reached out saying it sounded like I had the wrong service. I went back to try the sauna again and it was what I had originally expected, a great sweat session with temps going up to 135. It was a different receptionist who explained things and it was a much better experience. I will definitely do the sauna again. I did the salt and sauna combo for the first time today. The cave was great (not my first time) but the sauna not so much. I expected it to be hotter and I definitely expected to sweat more. The gauge inside started at 84 degrees and went down to 81. The red light and aromatherapy in there was nice though.

I've been going to the salt cave for years and have loved the new ownership. I finally got to experience kids in the cave with my 11 month old and loved it. They provided some toys and he just got to explore and be in the salt which he seemed to enjoy. The receptionist is also always so pleasant.
