I have been attending class at Urban Souls for more than three years and it has been such a positive experience. The atmosphere is more than a yoga studio. It is a community that is welcoming and lifts everyone up. The classes and the teachers made me fall back in love with yoga after not practicing for about 3-4 years. Last year I went through Urban Souls Yoga Teacher Training Program. I could not have imagined going through another other program at another studio. It was amazing program that deepened my practice to levels I could not imagine. I felt supported by the instructors the entire time. I definitely recommend the studio; both the classes, the community events, and the teacher training program.

The Urban Soul positive experience begins the second you step into the elevator to the 4th floor and smell the welcoming incense. The staff is always friendly, the studio is always clean and the energy is always homey. I've taken classes with almost every teacher and I love them all. Each teacher offers a different teaching style and there is always something to learn every class. Thank you US for being a staple of our Hoboken community.
