I recently attended one of Heidi's retreats, and it was just what I needed! I loved the meditation and sound bath experiences and making my mala bead necklace; I use it often. Heidi has a gentle, knowing way about her and helped to facilitate a very meaningful experience. I highly recommend attending one of her workshops/retreats!

I can't express how much I enjoyed my experience with Heidi at the Harmony Retreat at the Himalayan Institute. Heidi's energy is incredibly kind, warm, and calm. I thoroughly enjoyed all the activities, as they were meticulously planned with intimate details that made me feel safe and supported throughout. I am definitely looking forward to her future retreats!
