Studio has a warm atmosphere and is kept clean. The instructors are very consistent in quality. Good detail is given for beginners on how to get into different poses, and the instructors offer accommodations / variations as needed to make poses easier or more difficult depending on skill level. My favorite yoga studio in Hoboken - great place to unwind after a busy day.
Great yoga studio with excellent teachers. They often end classes with aroma therapy which adds a nice touch. Only challenge is the space is small and can sometimes feel crowded.
Asana is the best yoga studio in Hoboken. Every class is different and every teacher brings in their unique style to the practice. Always a great workout!
