This was my second massage from Dionna and she is just amazing! She makes you feel welcome and comfortable right from the beginning. And asks if you have problem areas that she should work on, or areas to avoid, what kind of pressure you like, if you want heat, etc. Some places do not take the time to get info like this and make the massage more enjoyable and catered to the individual. Also, with other massage therapists, there is usually no conversation but I really enjoyed speaking with Dionna and the advice she gave me 🙂 And my back and shoulders feel much better! So I happened upon Relax and Breathe Massage Studio through an email from Groupon so I figured I'd give it a shot. I had never had a massage in my life..... ohhhhh Miss Dionna!!!! What a wonderful experience!! First, the studio is in a building with other units so you get a passcode to get in. When I walked in there was a sign saying "Welcome Christina", there were candles lit, a TV with a fire crackling on it and light, relaxing music in the background. Donna is friendly, funny, welcoming and gives a FABULOUS massage!!! I've already bought another session with her! I injured my neck and shoulder lifting and no amount of lotions or stretching was helping. After a week of constant pain and tightness I booked an appointment with Dionna. She spent some time getting to know where my pain was and explained how she would treat it. After a one hour massage the pain was gone and even a full week later has never returned. Dionna was very professional and thorough and she gave me tips to avoid injuring myself in the future. I cannot recommend her enough and will definitely be returning.
