You open the shop doors & you’re greeted with a smile & welcome! You glance around and you take in the energy and the beautiful array of crystals to select from... The self-serve bar is nothing short of an amazing idea that was executed beautifully! The shop owner is super awesome. She radiates in excitement and she can connect with you on a personal level. She even had exactly what I was looking for & so much more..... I had a great time here! Shop owner even showed me how to make the singing bowls sing!! Something I’ve NEVER been able to master.. and no previous crystal shop has ever bothered to help me with either! Honestly, she exceeded my expectations & she embodies what a crystal shop should be like... I will be back over and over and over again! I can’t wait for your new shipment & to buy a singing bowl from you !! Was lovely meeting you & the husky pup! I felt like i was in HEAVEN! ❤️ Thank you for starting this shop.. I just moved to the area and was looking for a metaphysical store to frequent. I came across the New Era and immediately felt a warm, welcoming energy. My best friend and I were nicely greeted by Sofia. She made us feel extremely welcomed. We felt no pressure while shopping or asking questions. She supplied us with information about the items we were interested in. She was so sweet and kind. Will definitely be going back!!

Wow, It was truly a blessing finding this place!! Sophia the owner! Has and is such an amazing soul. The moment I walked into her shop, I instantly felt welcomed. The shop in its self is beautiful, well organized and well established. I would truly recommend if you haven’t stopped in yet, to swing on by, and check it out.
