I have not yet purchased anything from the store, but I will do. So you might be wondering why write a review? Well I'm writing this review because it is refreshing to speak to people who care about what you purchase. I spoke with Scott over the phone today as I'm in the market for a DAC and the level of service provided is amazing. It's great to find an AV business that wants the customer to buy the right product and be happy with it.

Great experience with John and Scott. I was having issues with my record player, but I'm no expert. I brought it in for them to look over, and John found the issue within minutes. I'll definitely be returning when I decide to build out my home theater, knowing the level of customer service and product knowledge I'll receive. Thank you!
