Extremely disappointing! I spent a lot of money on treatments for which initially (between Oct 2024- January 2025) everything was great. However, following that, things became flaky. I was stood up many times for appointments, heard a lot of apologies, was lied to, and finally they (twin sisters Kim and Veronica) packed up and left their business without refunding my money (and likely many others’ money). I talked to the business next door and learned that they packed their things in trailers late at night to avoid customers. Very sad. I am now working to get my hard- earned money back. Lessons learned. Prior to shutting down, I learned they are opening a new location in Oregon, so be careful!

I bought packages for Cryotherapy facials AND Cool Sculpt. I heard they left in the middle of the night to avoid detection! Now I’m out THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS! I should have listened to my gut… what a bunch of SCAMMERS! Karma will catch up to them. In the meantime this really sucks to be out thousands of dollars!

It appears this company went out of business. I have been trying to reach someone for over week and it goes straight to voice mail. Thanks goodness I did not shell out over two thousand for the neo emsculpt! I was getting ready to sign up and now they are unreachable. I dodged a major bullet.
