Tatiana is so incredible. The Ashiatsu massages have been helping me so much with the tension/lack of circulation in my body. They’re deeply relaxing for me too which is so nice. It’s so lovely going to get a massage and just knowing you’re safe and free to really relax. On top of this, her knowledge & kindness just make you feel seen & great about taking time for yourself. I had my first Sound Bath workshop with Amanda at Bliss on Friday and wow, was she an amazing instructor. I felt so relaxed and peaceful with the vibe at the Center. I cannot wait to take more classes there! Thank you, Titiana, for the yummy tea after class too.

Bliss Holistic Center in Reno is a wonderful haven for revitalizing myself. Tatiana is very caring and skilled at Sound healing and massage, which I’ve enjoyed in private sessions and also in group. She has a variety of offerings including steam shower and fun belly dancing etc. Check it out!
