I had a reiki sound bowl healing session with Kirstie and boy was it beneficial to my nervous system . I already work on myself with reiki and meditation, breath work and other tools .but it was nice to have the experience worked on from another with their unique gifts brought to the experience. It was not only relaxing and beneficial for my nervous system but Kirstie has a way to ignite the fire within . I could feel the confidence building through my solar plexus and old sub conscious beliefs start melting away throughout our session. She has a boldness and fire to her spirit and it was exactly what I needed to ignite the flame within my soul a bit more . That reassurance and fire building surly set the tone for my week and I feel empowered and energized even more . Thank you for this beautiful experience with Kirstie in this peaceful space .
