I can’t recommend Dr Swindlehurst enough. I went to Dr. S looking for help to reduce inflammation and get a better understanding of my hashimotos since other modern medicine Dr.’s wouldn’t help. I decided to start the 6 months program that is offered and investing in a better quality of life and health. Dr. S is patient, great at explaining everything and always answered any questions I had. I was finally able to get symptoms I didn’t even know I had under control and how to manage flare ups. Shalan in the office is also amazing! They were very flexible with scheduling, answered emails quickly and were always ahead of everything. My entire experience was fantastic! I will definitely recommend RedRiver health and Dr S to anyone that is struggling with an autoimmune disease. I learned so much and will be returning for follow ups in the future. Aug of 2022 I had started AIP on my own after being diagnosed with Hashimoto’s. I saw a little difference but knew something was not working right. Jan of 2023 I started working the Dr S from the Henderson location. Following Red Rivers program & Dr S’s instructions I was feeling better within 6 weeks and the progress continued & still does. I had felt like a dumpster for over 18years, my GP for over 8 years has told me “your labs are great, it’s just normal aging”, while I actually had Hashimoto’s. I would pay a function medical doctor over and over to feel as amazing as I do now! They seriously saved my life , I was so depressed and so sick of feeling like trash, chronic exhaustion, chronic headaches that would trigger migraines & I now feel like I did in my 30’s. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Red River & Dr. Swindlehurst. After with dealing with hashimotos symptoms for over a year that my thyroid Dr dismissed, I knew I needed something to change. After some research, I knew Red River was a good fit for what I was looking for.
