I’ve gone in here at least 5 times. Every other time I’ve gone in, my experience has been good if not great. This last time I was followed around the store the entire time and the person I was with was being coerced into sticking with me like they needed to be able to keep an eye on us and they couldn’t if we split up. The person I was with said they were fine looking where they were so the rep came and followed me to the incense. They’d tell me all about the sales that were happening then proceed to watch me. I wander crystal shops looking for energy from the crystal and what speaks to me. You can’t do that when you’re being my stalked and harassed. We almost left without anything just on principal of the absolute poor customer handling. However the person I was with has had a hard time finding a certain item and they had it. I gave 2 stars for the fact the past has been good. However based on just this last visit, one star. I will not be back.
