I really like this shop a lot. Staff are knowledgeable and kind. I’ve just had a recurring situation where I’ve tried to stop by after noon during business hours and they actually aren’t open. It’s happened like 4 times and I’m just not sure what to think. I had been wanting to buy a coworker a rose quartz bracelet and I received a text from Hearthside yesterday about a special to receive an Eostre Egg with any purchase. I was so stoked to stop by on my way to work. I showed up after noon and was crushed when the door was locked and the open sign was off. I waited around for like 10 mins as long as I could but I had to head to work. It just bummed me out super hard yesterday and set the tone for my workday. I just wish maybe if there’s a reoccurring issue the hours would be updated to maybe 12:30pm idk. It’s just that it’s happened like four times now where I’ve stopped by after noon and the shop is closed. Shop is awesome, I just hope someone in the business will see this review and is able to maybe reset expectations with business hours.

This is such a lovely shop. They had everything I was looking for. Bekah is also so knowledgeable and passionate about the charming and creative safe space they've created here in Ralston. I'll definitely return 💜.

I was so happy that I was able to get in to see Alex for one of his insightful tarot readings. I’ve had a lot of readings in the past but never anything so spot on. Alex interpreted each card with finesse and precision, he also answered any questions I had along the way. This shop is too cute! They have a bit of everything for all your metaphysical needs. I decided to pick up a few supplies while I was there. Alex was so helpful and knowledgeable about all the crystals I asked about. My daughter has been looking for a new tarot deck and some books, I really think she’ll love the selection Hearthside offers.
