I am visiting here from SC and was so impressed with the level of thoughtful care that went into the making of this incredible place! From the moment I entered I felt warmth and comfort. The cacao was amazing, the retail is so beautiful and perfect, and the massages I received were out of this world. I had a table massage from Mudita and a shiatsu from Christian- both were an unbelievable experience! Don’t miss experiencing this hidden gem.

Such a welcoming space! I truly enjoy all events that I have attended here, but specifically the sound journeys. I find the facilitators and owners of Sacred Ally to be friendly, knowledgeable, and authentic. If you are looking for community, connection, and relaxation then this is your place! Update 09/22/2024: New space is fabulous! Much larger and great acoustics for the sound journeys! More events and healing services are offered, and I highly recommend checking out their event page on the website!

Such a great space provided - physically and spiritually. I attended one of the peri/menopause support group sessions and gained so much information, connection and validation in just 1.5 hours with Missy, our host and menopause midwife, and the small group of women attending.
