Carpe Diem on Como Ave absolutely became my second home!!! The instructors are all incredible people, as are the massage therapists. I used to be very intimidated by massage- but the team at Carpe Diem really changed that for me. They understand that bodywork (and even studio fitness) can be very vulnerable, and they work with you to make sure you are feeling your most comfortable every step of the way. Additionally, the shop and cafe at the Como Ave location is so calming and always has the cutest products!! I love the teas, the You Betcha drinks, the Carpe Diem CBD muscle cream is phenomenal, and they have so many other things too. I also love their recovery options- they have red light therapy and saunas, but my favorite is the ice tub in the fire and ice room (don't knock it until you try it!!).

I've been going to yoga classes here for about a year & love it - all the instructors have their own style so there's a great variety! The shop itself is welcoming & has a nice curated selection of wellness products.

The instructors and staff do an amazing job of cultivating a warm, comfortable, and loving atmosphere, as well as provide a wide variety of classes to choose from. From what I've experienced, every aspect of Carpe Diem (both locations) is purely amazing and serves to promote the health and wellbeing of anyone who walks through their doors! 5 stars all day && I will always recommend!!!
