Beautiful space, with some of the most knowledgeable and thoughtful people working there. Ellie is the top of her field and her staff is just as welcoming, engaging, and wonderful as she is. Plus, the quality of merchandise they carry and the therapeutics are all why you should run, not walk, to any of the Eating Elevated locations.

Eating elevated has been an absolute gift in my healing journey! I feel so at peace, safe, and cared for whenever I am there. I feel understood, and I feel like my health concerns are taken seriously. They also do a great job of explaining their different therapeutics and giving the scientific explanation, which puts me at ease when many of the things were unfamiliar to me at first! Everyone from the receptionist, to practitioners, and everyone in between is incredibly caring and authentic. I have had a wonderful experience, and I would genuinely recommend it to anyone.

My husband and I recently moved to the area in June of 2023. My friend who has lived in the area for some time referred me to go check it out. I’ve been doing the flowpresso and ionic foot baths and I’ve already seen changes in how I feel and my sleep quality has increased. I’ve also done their other therapeutics like red light and the pemf & chi mat which I also highly recommend! I recently did the nutritional testing and it confirmed all my suspicions that modern medicine couldn’t help me with in terms of my gut health. I am extremely thankful for eating elevated and their friendly team. May I also mention their services and programs are very affordable. I never dreamed I would be able to find something like this and it not cost me thousands of dollars every month. I can’t recommend them enough.
