I have seen Greta several times for Reiki. She listens carefully and helps reset my energy so I can continue to live as best as I can, even with chronic health issues. I enjoyed a facial from Eliana today and left with smooth, soft, hydrated skin and a very relaxed feeling. The facial products were subtly scented and smelled amazing. The head massage was wonderful. Eliana also opened up my sinuses, which will be so helpful as we enter spring allergy season. The Cave has beautiful energy, and the staff is all committed to helping you on your journey to your best self.

I can't say enough great things about The Cave, it truly is a vibe. I have attended 3 classes so far and every single one has been so relaxing and also challenging. I feel more centered & aware of my body, which is just what I needed. Highly recommend checking them out.

My first yoga class was an amazing experience. Did a rooftop 6:30 class to celebrate a friend’s birthday and the setting, facility and community were beyond anything I could have anticipated. I’m excited to come back to check out the salt cave and their other classes. Great hidden gem right in Mound.
