This was our first time experiencing acupuncture, and Sarah made us feel completely at ease from start to finish. She is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything, ensuring we felt comfortable throughout the entire session. Beyond the treatment itself, she shared valuable insights on balancing our energy to help extend the benefits of acupuncture. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and eager to come back. Sam was so helpful on the phone when I called to book and she also gave me a great explanation of the infrared sauna process & Studio's services when I arrived. The NE Wellness Studio was extremely clean and welcoming. The sauna had a television with sound in the sauna & was private with a locked door. It also had a fan for when you got out to help cool off. I really enjoyed my experience and am excited to use the rest of my Groupon sauna package.

Staff were very nice. It was my first time doing acupuncture and McKale explained everything and made me feel comfortable. The environment was very relaxing. I highly recommend, I will definitely be back.
