Eden is incredibly gifted — I had the pleasure of receiving a massage from her and participating in her yoga sessions during a recent retreat, and she was phenomenal at both. Her massage was one of the best I’ve ever had — deeply restorative and intuitive, with just the right pressure and attention to areas that needed it most. Her yoga classes were equally amazing — grounding, accessible, and perfectly paced for the group. You can tell Eden truly cares about creating a healing, supportive experience for everyone she works with. Highly recommend!

After having experienced a few sessions of Eden’s sound bowl healing at the sauna I was hooked! She helped facilitate a deep sense of relaxation, clarity of thought and a wonderful night of sleep each time. So of course I booked her for a mini-retreat I hosted for my friends. Eden connected with each woman intentionally, and authentically as she again helped us sink into a deeper state of consciousness. We emerged from our sound session filled with peace, joy, and a sense of enlightenment! Thank you Eden! We are looking forward to the next one.

Eden's Reiki massage sessions and her women's circles are an absolute must experience. I am so thankful for her devotion to being a clear vessel for me to receive healing and connection with the Divine and my Spirit guides. And she helped relieve so much pain and stagnancy in my neck and shoulders!!! The women's circles are also in and of themselves truly what women's circles are meant to be. Women coming together to be witnessed and loved, sharing wisdom not only from the facilitator but by all women in the group. There is no hierarchy here, only mutual empowerment.
