Wow! And friend and I attended a sounds healing session and cacao ceremony hosted by Ashley. What an amazing experience! She is so talented and her calming energy is infectious! I didn’t realize how bad my body and soul needed to spend that time in Ashley‘s sanctuary. Thank you for the amazing session! I cannot wait to come back for the next one!

I thoroughly enjoyed my day retreat at Key Massage today. The experience was filled with engaging activities and wonderful company. We began with a tea and coffee social, followed by a well-led yoga session that was perfectly paced and inclusive, making it an excellent introduction for a beginner like myself. A meaningful letting go exercise preceded a delightful catered lunch, featuring an expertly crafted charcuterie box. Next, we participated in a meditative painting exercise, accompanied by soothing music that fostered a state of flow. The retreat culminated in an extraordinary sound bath experience, skillfully led by owner Ashley, which induced a profound sense of calm and relaxation. This retreat was precisely what I needed to alleviate work and life stress, and I highly recommend it.
