Participated in a sound bath. Kate was very welcoming and it was a relaxed environment. My experience was heart-opening and healing.
I attended my first sound bath with Katie on 8/20, and I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect, I’ve never done a sound bath before! It was amazing!!! So relaxing, so calm - I almost fell asleep haha. Katie was so welcoming, and the people who also attended were very nice! It seems like an awesome little community 🙂 I believe she mentioned that she does the sound baths monthly; I will definitely be back!
We hired Kate to do a private session at our hotel. She catered to our needs and provided an awesome sequence that felt so good! Highly recommended!
