We were led in 'Strike a Pose' by Jill and I enjoyed the entire hour. She was really good at getting us to just be in the moment and was very accomadating. I also appreciated how she explained things in a way where you knew exactly what the pose was supposed to feel and look like. Also the studio itself is so well designed and looks beautiful! Happy to have joined in!
