Overall an amazing, experience. Very welcoming and relaxing environment. The instructor was a 10/10, very attentive and had the ability to keep the class flowing with engagement. I would definitely recommend this place.
love love love this place!! I really appreciate that I feel like I’m getting a challenging workout in the higher intensity classes. The space is nice and large - so even in a full class it doesn’t feel too jam packed. Very grateful for the wonderful team here!
