The 5 stars is for the staff, they deserve a raise ! The facility is also great, though the feng shui is probably off. Generally a comfy and refreshing place when not too crowded. 3 stars for the designation of ‘core’ exchange activities, why not mhbot? And I would more likely do a leg compression if there were a massage chair for example or anything else involved. The other therapies are great though. 1 star for the website, menus and pricing layout - I would literally redesign these for free! Please hire an ADA/UX consultant otherwise. I promise you are losing customers to this maze ;/ Hiding information makes me feel drained, not Restored

My name is ranfi and i stopped in with my fiance for my burthday at 6:45pm they close at 7pm and derrick still made the time for us to get the service with awesome customer service. Made us feel very welcomed even though he was closing soon and was probably tired and ready to go home still gave us A+ customer service! I own a business and its hard to find people that really enjoy what they do! Because of him i will be a returning loyal client. Thank you!! If i can give more than 5 stars i would. 👏

Such friendly staff! No one pressed to buy their membership which I feel a lot of places do. My husband and I really appreciated our first sauna session here and will definitely come back moving forward now. Great amenities too
