I've only been going for a short time, however first time having this done. absolutely the best people, very friendly and make you feel comfortable at any level of fitness or ability you have. Nate's the man! a guru of the body grid! for only the short time I've been going i feel great and far less tight than when i began. completely recommend to anyone of any body type or fitness level, you'll definitely wonder why you haven't gone sooner!

I had a fantastic experience at Stretch Zone. Nate (the stretch therapist) was amazing - professional, knowledgeable, and has made my sessions comfortable/effective. Each time i have gone, I have left feeling more flexible and energized. You can tell he really cares about his clients and in general helping people. He made sure to educate me about next steps and the best time to go to the gym if I have an upcoming stretch appointment. I've gotten many massages to try to relax tense muscles, but there's something different about having an assisted stretch that you don't get from just a massage.
