Kerri was very friendly and professional. I have an old rotator cuff injury that had been particularly bothersome on the day of my massage. Kerri was able to focus her work on my shoulders and neck to give me some relief. She employed cupping and hot stones to soothe my aggravated muscles and release some adhesions that I had. She also gave me some tips for stretching and doing chest- opening exercises post-massage. My aching shoulder finally has some relief. Thanks Kerri!

It was incredible when I went to Root Wellness a few months back for a sound bath on the full moon. The owner, Kelli, was so welcoming and talked so highly about her vision for the space. She was also so easy to talk to, making my friend and I feel safe and comfortable. I highly recommend checking out all the different classes. You are in good hands!
