My wife was down with some chronic disease and there was no change for sometime. We realized that the present medical system does not have cure for it. We found Ayur Services and met Dr.Aparna Pattewar in her nice, clean and comfortable office. She listened all my wife's problems and asked few questions also. Then she did Nadi- Pariksha to analyze the physical condition. She prescribed some Ayurvedic medicines and started faithfully on daily basis. There was no change for few months and my wife started loosing her faith. Then we realized that Ayurvedic medicines and supplements are slow to act but in a long run, they give complete relief and cure. Now after more that a year or so, her chronic disease is showing better results and positive signs of improvement. Dr. Aparna is very sweet. The clinic has a very calming vibe. Her analysis is spot on. She is honest and gives correct suggestions. She advised me to go to endocrinologist when it was required at that period of time for my thyroid health. She gives only necessary medications. Dr Aparna not only focuses on physical aspect but also mental aspect. In fact in my case it was related to more of a mental aspect and she suggested shirodhara as well as added some herbs in my routine to balance my doshas. Getting Shirodhara was really an amazing experience. Her herbal tea suggestion reduced my constant burp and bloating issues. In general whenever I feel my body and mind is out of balance I go to her to check my pulse. I feel she is my primary care doctor now. She also gave tips for my exercise and diet. The small metabolism improvement tips actually made a big difference. Overall great experience. Ayurveda is a wonderful gift and I am so happy to be able to receive that from an authentic ayurveda doctor. Thank you😊
