Today I celebrated my birthday at this wellness spa and did a chakra healing. I worked with Giselle and she was phenomenal. As a first timer I will definitely be returning. The studio is warm and inviting and very clean. Giselle was also warm and inviting and took the time to listen to my needs. So glad I decided to come.

This was me & my daughter's first time attending a yoga session. We both genuinely enjoyed our experience!! Davina is a gem 💎! She is a very comforting and engaging instructor! We are looking forward to coming back to fully immerse ourselves in the world of yoga!! It was a truly healing, relaxing, and empowering experience!

This was my first ever visit to SEY. I had no idea what Gary looked like before going in. I had no idea he was the kind man who welcomed me, & engaged in meaningful conversation with me before we headed in. He led a great class that included all levels of fitness & practice. He checked on us often & spoke to every person [about 20 of us] by name - even remembering the 2 or 3 new guests by name! Gary made my experience at SEY memorable & I will definitely be attending his classes again once I purchase a membership!
