My teenage daughter and I started taking hot yoga classes at UPDOG about a month ago. What a gem of a studio! Susan has created a welcoming, encouraging, cheerful environment, and the classes are both challenging (in a good way) and restorative. The practice is also useful for body realignment for anyone who plays sports, lifts weights or does any sort of high impact pounding on the body. Highly recommend this studio!

I love UPDOG Yoga Studio! Susan has made a gorgeous space, an oasis right in Towson! The views from the studio windows are pure bliss! I love Susan’s sound healing classes! As someone who finds it difficult to turn off my mind, sound healing is so soothing for me. I feel like it allows me to access a different level of my consciousness and relax in a safe way. The studio has lots of amazing props and I particularly love utilizing the rice bags in sound healing classes because it is so grounding for me! I’m looking forward to the next sound healing class and highly recommend it to anyone looking for ways to decompress and release stress!

I love this studio! Susan and Jessica are my fav but all the instructors are amazing and welcoming. Even the members are pleasant:) If you're thinking about joining do it!
