I first found SALT wellness shortly after they opened. That first experience had me wanting to come back and try ALL THE THINGS... even though it's a hike for me to get there, over the Bay Bridge no less. I say this to show how WORTH IT every visit since has been. It's been 2 days since my most recent visit where I had my first ionic detox foot bath. While there it was pure zen. Sipping a custom made tea ans looking out the huge windows at the budding trees as birds dashed in and out of the rain was magical. In the days since, fluid retention, I've been dealing with for months, is nearly gone! My sleep has been the best in months as well. I highly recommend this treatment!!! The salt cave is so unique and almost magical. Funny to say that knowing the scientific evidence of how impactful salt therapy is! I've been to nearly a dozen places for salt therapy and THIS PLACE IS DIFFERENT!!! So much so, I've brought several friends and family to enjoy it with me. If you're looking for something new and special in your wellness routine, SALT wellness is IT!

I LOVE SALT wellness!! Such a relaxing and cozy vibe. The salt cave is epic and my favorite one I’ve been to. The little twinkle lights and shaped ceiling make it top notch. On top of the zero gravity chairs that are so cushy and comfy. Valentine’s Day my husband and I did a foot soak then a salt cave experience. The foot soak was so neat!! I did the detox foot soak. Enjoy the crud. Would absolutely recommend to a friend, family member, stranger, anyone!

We had a wonderful time at SALT Wellness in Queenstown! The salt cave was relaxing and cozy with the provided blankets and reclining chairs. We also enjoyed our detox foot baths accompanied by the massage chairs. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable about the benefits of the services offered. We can’t wait to experience the spa services soon!
