Balance is a patient, kind, compassionate, and intuitive person. She always has a smile on her face, and is honest with everything she does. WONDERFUL overall experience. It was my 1st time visiting a shop like this so I wasn't sure what to expect. Smelled lovely, good energy, very welcoming & friendly. Neat, clean, organized. Everything was clearly marked. Owner was very helpful without being overbearing. She even customized a couple bracelets for my little ones right on the spot. Her passion for what she does envelopes the entire shop.
