I took my first prenatal yoga class with Kay, and it was a wonderful experience. She made me feel at ease and guided me through each movement with care. Kay was very knowledgeable and provided helpful modifications to suit my comfort level. The environment felt safe and relaxing, and I’m looking forward to continue taking the class.

I recently completed the 5-week Beginners Yoga and I have to say, I'm so glad I came to YogiSmile. If it wasn't for my cousin, I wouldn't have known about this place and I'm so grateful she put me on! When I walked into the studio, it felt so peaceful and calm. It's also very clean! Kay is an amazing instructor. She is so welcoming and so sweet. I love that she talks you through the poses and will ask if you're doing/feeling okay in between. She will also show alternate versions of these poses for the level you feel most comfortable with. Through it all she does it with calmness, patience, and a smile on her face. I've already recommended them to my colleagues. YogiSmile is the best place to start your yoga journey 🙂
