I recently completed my second session at the Salt Sanctuary & I am truly amazed at how relaxed, calm and renewed I've felt after each visit. The establishment is very clean and the owner is very nice and welcoming. There are tons of benefits from taking part in salt therapy. I've been able to have a restful sleep after each session and feeling more open in my chest. I've already scheduled my third session and cannot wait to add salt therapy to my self care journey!
