So, this review is long overdue. I have been coming to Restore in South Portland since they opened almost 2 years ago. I cannot say enough how much this business is a game changer for my lifestyle. I have done just about every service they offer and frequently. The staff is a well-oiled machine and they are dialed in on a day-to-day basis. Leading this all-star team is Isabelle. She is constantly improving the overall experience and it shows. The rest of the team knows what they are doing and really make things enjoyable. I have been to other locations in Mass and Rhode Island and they are not even close to this facility. From the overall layout to the quality and cleanliness of the equipment, SoPo Restore is your premier wellness destination. I do not write many reviews, but they deserve a shout-out! I started coming to Restore after my last IV spot closed, and I really regret not coming here first! Great place in every aspect! I’ve gotten to try the IVs, cryotherapy, red light, sauna, compression, and salt room. Every one of those has been excellent, each with different effects. The entire space is spotless and looks brand new. Isabelle and Jess have always been so kind and make sure you know about any special they’re having.

Fantastic! Kelsey was incredibly helpful, responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all of my questions and helped to set up a perfect first visit! I was so impressed with the center and each session we did....red light, compression and halo. Will do cryo next time for sure! We went in thinking that it would be a fun way to spend a winter Saturday morning and will definitely be back - will likely become members. Great spot!
