I had an idea of what to expect, but this session surpassed all I could imagine. This was an enjoyable moment for me. I felt so rejuvenated and deeply relaxed. I attended a small group sound journey and had a beautiful and restful experience. Mario and Catherine created an environment which felt supported and transformative. The different instruments each affected my body and mind in specific ways and in the end I felt so great, not to mention my nights sleep after was fantastic.

Catherine and Mario are both wonderful and their sound baths are just incredible! Every session is different and it’s difficult to truly put into words the way you feel when you leave their studio. The space is lovely, calming and comfortable. Very highly recommend Sounds & Yoga to anyone looking for these services.
