I recently completed the ATSI 12-series with Kat. It changed the way I think about and hold my body. I started about a year after having major shoulder surgery. I felt like Kat listened to me and shaped the series around my recovery and needs. She is really a superb healer with a gifted touch. The 12-series looks at the body in different planes and levels, and it helped me to connect some dots about postural issues I have had my whole life. I can’t exactly say “it fixed me,” but it did make me feel better in the short term, and it helped me to develop healthier practices and new ways of thinking that will serve me in the future. I think that’s all you could ask for with something like this. Kat is extremely knowledgable and really gets in there. Sessions are relaxing and deep, especially session 8. Highly recommend the full series and I hope to periodically revisit Kat for a refresher.
