This is a staple in my self care routine. It gives me the time I need to reflect, calm my body and mind. Contrast therapy is a game changer if you want to try something different for enhancing blood flow in your body. The reduction in swelling and boost in energy is fabulous. My staple is the sauna. The pain relief I get from regular session is vital.

It’s been a while since my first experience with this facility, but I was very impressed by the cleanliness and the quality of the float tanks or rather float rooms and the infrared sauna. I had booked both back to back, but it turns out you need to contact them so one appointment does not run into the other as it was the end of the day. The employee (I believe it was a manager) actually stayed late so I could complete both experiences. Now that is customer service! The waiting room is very clean and welcoming. I have floated and have used infrared saunas before, but they took time to explain in detail the procedures. I was impressed. They had a choice of earplugs and they also had Vaseline just in case you might have some areas of irritation or chafing. Epsom salts can sting. My first time in a float room instead of a tank or pod, and I loved it. The infrared sauna was also delightfully warm and refreshing. They provide water and have a place for refreshment and relaxation after your experience. When I’m back in the area, I will most definitely visit again. I highly recommend float 207 and their services!

I had an amazing experience! Front desk was nice and friendly! She showed me the facility and the procedures. Explaining the IR Sauna process was extremely helpful as well. As a mother of 2 and working in education, this was just what I needed. I'm definitely going back soon! 💜
