I had a wonderful massage with Mo recently. She is a caring, empathetic, and very intuitive and skilled massage therapist. She listened to my concerns and did an amazing job. I made sure to book another appointment before leaving! I really love that Conscious Touch offers a variety of healing modalities as well, and look forward to exploring them.

I ended up here simply because they were open on a Monday, they had an opening, and they had amazing reviews. Drove well out of my way for my appointment with Nola and boy was I happy I did. I've now found the only place I will go to for a massage from now on. Nola is magical - she does a few maneuvers that I've never had done before that open up my chest, neck and shoulders like nothing else ever has. She also introduced me to cupping and I love it. None of the maneuvers are pleasant, this isn't a Swedish massage and that's not what I was looking for. The "muscle medicine" massage is a very deep tissue massage with myofacial release and cupping. It's absolutely amazing. I will be back! Thank you Nola!!
