I have nothing but good things to say about Always Hope! Seeking therapy can be intimidating, and first impressions set the tone of the experience, luckily my first impression was Lauryn! She made me feel extremely safe and comfortable and continues to, while answering all of my questions thoroughly. Lauryn helped me navigate the process of trial and error when choosing the right doctors for me. Seeing her when I walk in the door helps put me in a great headspace to talk to Erin, who is a phenomenal counselor. She is a fantastic listener who both guides me to solutions and motivates me to find my own. I genuinely look forward to my appointments and am grateful to Lauryn and Erin at Always Hope, they have made such a positive impact on my life!

Highly recommend Always Hope. Shannon is a wonderful counselor. She makes you feel like you're catching up with an old friend. She is a great listener, acknowledges your thoughts and opinions, and helps you work through everything one step at a time. She gets to the root cause of what you're experiencing; and helps you truly understand the why and how of things and most importantly, how to better yourself going forward. Additionally, they have a wonderful receptionist, Lauren, who is always so helpful. She is super friendly and such a joy to encounter. She constantly goes above and beyond helping with whatever you need. I can't recommend Always Hope enough!

I have nothing but good things to say about this entire operation. My therapist, Ashleigh, is amazing. Dr. Mike has been nothing but attentive, compassionate, and a pleasure to work with. On top of that, Lauryn went above and beyond for me today to help with a situation that needed a speedy resolution. Going into all of this, I just happened to land on Always Hope, and was trepidatious not knowing who I'd be dealing with. And that being said, if you need any sort of services with mental health, I would give this company six out of five stars if I could.
