Ascend is so much more than just a yoga studio. It’s truly a community. I have met the most amazing people here. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door. This place is amazing!

This past weekend I had the please of experiencing a retreat at ascend yoga studio! I had a great experience and it was truly soul healing. I can’t wait to return for more yoga practices and therapeutic treatments. They offer a variety of yogas and other treatments and services. Please check out this local gem!

I just finished the women’s wellness retreat in Hot Springs, AR. I went open to experience whatever I needed. OH MY GOODNESS! I’m a new person! The activities that Kendyl planned helped me heal my soul and forgive my past (AGAIN). I’d say that every person there had some healing moments. The food was very healthy and delicious! The information learned about cooking healthy food was good too. The free time gave me time alone to reflect on what I was learning or spend time with the other participants. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this to everyone. We all need to heal from something in our past or inspiration to move forward with our dreams and goals. You owe it to yourself and your family to experience this for yourself. The fun, judgement-free atmosphere was nice too. I’ve never been able to open up like I did on this trip. Partly because I was able to let my guard down.
