I spoke with the nicest guy at customer service, I was in the wrong place trying to pay for my stuff and I didn't realize that I was sitting in the returns line but he took me and took care of me and told me how to find my way around the store I believe his name was James a young guy at the service desk he was with a elderly lady she was really nice too but he just kind of stuck out to me he deserves a raise thank you Macy's for having such good employees and helpful people working for your company
